Join Us for the 6th Annual Tell Robert 5K in Hollywood, Florida

At Fenstersheib Law Group, our commitment to the community goes far beyond the courtroom. Each year, we come together with families, friends, and neighbors to support an important cause through the Tell Robert 5K walk/run. This annual event is more than just a race — it is a powerful opportunity to honor a meaningful legacy while raising awareness for mental health and substance abuse challenges that affect so many families.

A Race with Purpose

The Tell Robert 5K is held in memory of the late Robert J. Fenstersheib, a respected attorney, mentor, and community leader whose legacy continues to inspire. More than just a memorial, the event reflects the values Robert stood for — compassion, service, and a deep commitment to helping others.

The foundation behind the race was created from both love and loss. Robert’s son, Michael, faced the challenges of mental illness and addiction — struggles that ultimately led to tragedy. Through that experience, the Fenstersheib family made a commitment: to turn pain into purpose by raising awareness and supporting organizations working to address these critical issues.

What Participants Receive

All registered participants will receive:

  • Official Tell Robert 5K t-shirt
  • Finisher’s medal
  • Swag bag

In addition, awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers. But beyond the awards, every participant contributes to something far more important — helping bring awareness and support to those in need.

The Power of Community

Events like the Tell Robert 5K highlight the strength of our community. Families come together, friends support one another, and participants unite for a shared purpose. It is a reminder that even small actions — like taking part in a local 5K — can have a meaningful impact.

In 2025, this event raised over $13,000 thanks to the generosity of participants, sponsors, and donors. Those funds directly supported organizations working on the front lines of mental health awareness and addiction recovery.

If our efforts help even one individual or family, then we know we are making a difference.
